Newborn prep guide for in studio session

• Please bring your baby’s essentials to the session. Nappies, wipes, a blanket and burp cloths
• Put your baby in easy to remove clothing, clothes with buttons or zippers. Avoid restrictive clothing like socks.
• Bring a pacifier with you. This helps to soothe and relax the baby with natural sucking motion.
• If you’re bottle feeding bring extra feedings. Babies eat way more than usual during their session so don’t be alarmed.
• Try to keep your baby up an hour or so prior to the session. Try giving a bath, talking and playing with them.
• Dress in neutral solid colors for the rest of the family. Bring with you extra clothing for yourselves in case accident happens you can change.
• Bring entertainment for the siblings. Or if possible one of the parents can take them back home after the siblings shots.
• Please bring your favorite snacks for yourself and something to do, sit back, relax or take nap. Session last up to 3 hours.
• If you’re nursing, avoid caffeine, citrus acidic foods or drinks, gassy vegetables for entire day leading up to your session. 
• Parking is available on the street outside the studio. 

When you arrive:

• Planning travel is really important, we understand that with new baby things may feel more complicated. Please try to prepare and be 10 minutes early or on time. If you are running late more than 20 minutes session will have to be rescheduled. 
• No outside shoes in studio. Remove shoes at front doors. If you like to wear shoes in portraits you have to bring clean pair of shoes. 
• Immediate family only ( parents and siblings) 
• Wash your hands 
• Arrive prepared and ready. 

After session:

    - Payment has to be made on session day before or after shoot. 

    - I recommend give bath to baby when you get home.

    - Sneak Peek on social media in 48h.

    - Edited private online digital download gallery 2-4 weeks.
